Once we have received your order we do our best to ensure your goods are dispatched from our warehouse within three working days. If you place your order over the weekend or a public holiday, we will begin processing it on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery will usually be made within a further three working days. However, at busy time this may take longer so please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Out-of-Stock Items

If any of the items you order are out of stock or no longer available, we will send you a confirmation order outlining these details. If you have ordered several items and only one item is unavailable, we will send you the rest of the goods within 3 working days and your delivery note will detail the out-of-stock item. Returns & Cancellations

We do not charge your debit/credit card until the goods are dispatched and you can cancel any undelivered items at any time by contacting us.
