Guarantee

The goods sold comprise terms from those available on our website. If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase or if you order a garment that proves to be the wrong size, simply return it to us within 28 days. We will be happy to exchange it, credit your account or provide you with a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Prices

The price of goods sold via the website shall be the price advertised on our price list at the time of purchase inclusive of VAT and any other relevant tax thereon at prevailing rates from time to time.

Payment

Prices quoted by the Trading Service are strictly net. Customers shall send payment with the order or quote credit card details. Accepted methods of payment are debit card, credit card and cheque.

Postage & Packing

There is a £2.95 charge for postage and packing per delivery address, for all orders.

Delivery

Goods will normally be dispatched within 3 working days. Please allow a further 3 working days for delivery. At peak times of the year delivery may take up to 28 days.

Availability

All goods are sold subject to availability.

Where items are out of stock and expected these will be marked ‘to follow’.Where stock is not available in a reasonable period you will be asked to re-order.‘To follow’ orders may be cancelled by the customer at any time.

We reserve the right to alter or withdraw items without prior notification.

Returns/Cancellations

Under the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations, you have a statutory right to cancel the order for goods at any time during the period of seven working days beginning with the day on which you receive the goods (‘Cancellation Period’).

If for any reason you are unhappy with any of the goods which you have ordered, you can return them to us for an exchange or refund, provided the goods are despatched to

within the cancellation period and that the goods are returned as far as practicable in their original condition and packaging.

Your right to cancel your order does not apply to

1. goods made to your specifications or which are clearly personalised
2. audio or video recordings which have been unsealed by you, or
3. newspapers, periodicals or magazines.

You are responsible for the cost of returning any goods for exchange except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods.

We recommend that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods.

Ownership & Risk

The property and title to products ordered will not pass onto you until the price for the products has been paid in full to us and all other sums which are, or which have become due from you to us on any account have been paid in full. The risk of loss or damage to any products shall pass onto you at the time of delivery.
