The Guiding Essentials online Checkout is no different to a typical mail order form such as you might get from many high street stores like Next or Marks & Spencer.

1. Your Order Details
   
   The first thing you will see are your order details including the quantity of each product you are ordering, the options (if applicable) and the Nett price, shipping charge and any applicable VAT. Please check these details carefully before going any further.
   
   
2. Your Order Reference Number
   
   Directly below this is your Order Reference Number. Please make a note of this as we will need to know this Number if you have any queries about your order at a later stage.
   
   
3. Your Card Details
   
   In order to complete your order online we will need to charge the Total amount to your credit or debit card.
   
   We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta cards (We do NOT accept Maestro International and American Express cards). You will need to select the relevant card option from the first drop-down menu.
   
   We then need your card number (usually 16 digits embossed on the front of the card but Barclaycard Visa cards for example, have 15 digits) and your Security Code. On most cards this number appears on the back of the card at the top of the signature strip and is usually 3 digits.
   
   We then need the Valid From (if applicable) and Expiry Dates embossed on the front of the card, and if you are using Switch, the Issue number embossed on the front.
   
   
4. Cardholder Personal Details
   
   Next you will need to enter the details of the cardholder. Please enter the name as it appears on the card (i.e. MR A B SAMPLE) and the address registered with your card company.
   
   Please provide your email and telephone contact details here too so that we may contact you if we have any questions about your order.
   
   
5. Saving Your Details for Future Orders
   
   If you would like us to remember this information so that you do not need to enter it next time you buy from us online, please tick the Save My Details checkbox.
   
   Please note that for security reasons we will not store your card details and you will need to enter these again next time you place an order.

6. Delivery Details
   
   If your chosen delivery address is the same as the cardholder details you have already entered, simply click on the Copy Card Holder's Details button.
   
   Alternatively you can enter a delivery address of your choice, for example if you would like your order delivered to your work address.
   
   
7. Optional Details
   
   If you would like to let us know which unit you are in, please feel free to enter the unit name in the box provided.

8. Place Order
   
   Once you have completed all of these steps, simply click on the Place Order button at the bottom of the page. You should then receive a confirmation message on-screen detailing your order number details and Order Reference Number. Please print this page and keep it in a safe place.
