At Guiding Essentials we only sell products that we believe to be of exceptional quality and we hope that you are happy with the items you order from us.
We understand that there may be situations where you feel unhappy with the items delivered to you and we offer a full refund or exchange policy.
If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, or if you order a garment that proves to be the wrong size, simply return it to us within 28 days. We will be happy to exchange it, credit your account or provide you with a full refund.
Exceptional Items
There are very few items that we cannot provide a refund for. These exceptions include:
- goods made to your specifications or which are clearly personalised;

audio or video recordings which have been unsealed by you;

newspapers, periodicals or magazines.
Arranging Returns
If you are returning your goods by post, we recommend that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods. Please return goods to the address below, in the original packaging if this is practical.

Once we have received your return and are happy that the goods are in the same condition in which they were originally despatched, we will refund your debit/credit card with the full cost of the returned items. We will also refund the the cost of return postage if the goods are faulty, damaged, or were despatched due to our error.
